First decide what you're buying
The three common ways to pay: • Single games, on a card or loaded balance: you pay per game you choose. Check the price in shekels, the top-up terms, and what happens to an unused balance. • A time ticket: a visit within a time frame, with the activities included. Check what's included, and what happens when a station is busy. • A birthday package: an arranged event with set contents and headcount. Compare activity time with food time, the price per extra child, and whether the area is private or shared.
Single games: work it out in shekels
In a single-games model, the total depends on what you choose and how many times you play. If the price is shown in points or in-house tokens, ask for the cost in shekels for your top-up package. An illustrative calculation only: five games at ₪10 each is ₪50 per child. That isn't any particular venue's price, and it says nothing about how long the outing lasts. Also check whether the minimum top-up is higher than the games you planned — the difference is part of the budget.
A time ticket: check what's inside
At Space Run VR a regular ticket is ₪138 for 90 minutes, and it includes moving between 11 stations with staff guidance. After getting the ticket there's a briefing of about 30 seconds, then the full 90 minutes. At busy times there may be a wait at the stations. For a family, or kids who'll come again: a 5-entry pass, ₪550 (₪110 per entry), which can be shared between participants. Example: four kids — ₪552 in single tickets, or ₪550 on a pass, with one entry left. To compare with another venue's ticket, ask: one experience, or moving between activities? Everyone together, or split up? Is the activity your child most wants included? A regular ticket with us doesn't include food, and we recommend reserving a spot in advance with the venue team.
A birthday package: what fits into two hours
Two hours at a venue split differently in every offer, so compare activity time and hosting time separately. With us the package is 90 minutes of VR followed by 30 minutes for pizza and the cake celebration, in a shared venue. The snack table is open from the start of the event. Pizza, drinks and snacks are included; cake is not included. All the food is kosher with a Badatz certificate, and before a birthday the team asks whether any child has allergies and adapts the food. There's no promise of a separate hall. A base package price and the price per extra child are two different numbers: • 10 participants — base package: ₪1,518. • 15 participants — the 10-pack plus 5 participants at ₪138: ₪2,208. • 20 participants — base package: ₪2,816. • 30 participants — base package: ₪3,894. One message that makes offers comparable
Send every venue the same request: "We're planning an outing or birthday for ___ participants on ___ at ___. Please send a total price for this group, the activity time and food time, what's included, the cost per extra participant, change or cancellation terms, and whether the hosting area is private or shared." When the answers cover the same group, the price means something.
