A Parents' Guide: Planning a VR Birthday Party

Every parent knows the conversation: "I don't want a regular birthday party". "So where?". "I don't know, something different". Here is everything you need to know about a VR birthday — no surprises, no fine print.

Quick Answer

A birthday at Space Run VR in Rishon LeZion includes 90 minutes of VR followed by 30 minutes at the food table, from a minimum of 10 participants. Packages: 10 participants — 1,518 ILS, 20 — 2,816 ILS, 30 — 3,894 ILS. Pizza, drinks and snacks are included; cake is not included. Final participant count and availability are confirmed with the team. Full details on the birthday page.

What it actually is: 90 minutes of VR + 30 at the food table

The birthday package is 90 minutes of VR followed by 30 minutes at the food table, from a minimum of 10 participants. During the VR time there is free play across the stations — our staff guides and matches games to the age group — and then pizza, drinks and snacks around a table. Cake is not included. Final participant count and availability are confirmed with the team, so on the day itself you arrive as a guest, not a producer.

What it costs — current packages

Three packages, by group size: 10 participants — 1,518 ILS 20 participants — 2,816 ILS 30 participants — 3,894 ILS Each additional participant: 138 ILS on the 10-pack, 128 ILS on the 20-pack and 118 ILS on the 30-pack. The binding, up-to-date price always appears on the birthday page.

What's included and what isn't

Included: 90 minutes of free VR play across the stations with staff guidance, followed by 30 minutes at the food table with pizza, drinks and snacks — not as an extra charge and not beyond the slot. Not included: cake, decorations, guest favors and professional photography — you arrange those yourselves if you want them. Cake is not included in the package. To be honest: the venue is shared and we don't promise a separate hall. What you do get is close guidance and an organized flow for your group.

Regular tickets or the birthday package?

For a small group of 4–8 friends, regular tickets can be enough: 138 ILS per ticket, 90 minutes of play, arriving together like any visitor. The birthday package starts at 10 participants: 90 minutes of VR plus 30 minutes at the food table, organized food time inside the event, and everything closed in advance — date, time and food. Cake is not included. If the birthday kid wants everyone to come, this is the format that saves you the logistics.

Age, accompaniment and forms — close it in advance

The activity is intended for ages 7 and up. For regular entry, children aged 7–12 come with an accompanying adult who stays at the venue. For a birthday or pre-booked event, accompaniment and consent-form requirements are sent in advance according to the participants' ages and group composition — the team will tell you exactly what's needed before the day itself. The full policy is also on the FAQ page, and the team is available at 054-500-9779.

Questions parents ask

When can the event take place? Sunday–Thursday, 13:00–22:00. Friday, Saturday and holidays — closed. What if we are 8, not 10? The package minimum is 10 — for a smaller group, regular tickets are the answer. What about cake? Cake is not included in the package. How do we book? One call: 054-500-9779, or via the birthday page.

Next step
