An Experience Ticket as a Gift: Who It Suits, What It Costs, How to Give It

Most people already have what they need, so a good gift is sometimes an evening rather than an object. A Space Run VR ticket is that kind of gift: 90 minutes at a VR venue in Rishon LeZion, with no fixed date and no expiry. Here is who it suits, what it costs and how to give it so it feels personal.

Why an experience gift

An experience gift says three things an object struggles to say: • "I thought about you": choosing it means knowing what will make the recipient happy. • "Take an evening for yourself": it's an invitation to make time and come with whoever they like. • "This will stay": a good evening is remembered a year later.

Who it suits

• Friends who have everything. • Teenagers going out with friends (from 13 they can come on their own). • Couples looking for something other than the usual restaurant. • A friend back from reserve duty or a long stretch of service. • Curious grandparents who want to try something new, alone or with the grandchildren. Less suitable: for someone with health restrictions listed in the Terms (for example a pacemaker, dizziness or pregnancy), and for someone who lives far away and won't really come. A child aged 7–12 needs an adult companion or parent/guardian approval — so maybe the gift is really an outing together. Under 7, check with the team first.

Single ticket or pass

• For one person: a single ticket, ₪138 for 90 minutes. • For a couple or a family: a 5-entry pass, ₪550 (₪110 per entry). Entries can be split between several participants or used over several visits. • For a group gift: a 10-entry pass, ₪1,100 (₪110 per entry). The ticket isn't tied to a date and doesn't expire, so the recipient doesn't have to rush "to use it before it runs out".

How to give it so it feels personal

• Print the purchase confirmation and slip it into a handwritten card. • Add a small themed extra — a space keyring, a sweet they love. • For a couple: add an offer for the evening, "and I'll take the kids". • From a group: a page with everyone's signatures. Most important: one sentence on why you thought of this. Not "it's a ticket to a venue", but "I thought you'd enjoy a different kind of evening".

What the recipient needs to know

Open Sunday–Thursday 16:00–22:00 at the Stochi Complex, 20 Yosef Lishansky Blvd, Rishon LeZion, with 2.5 hours of free parking in the complex car park. Reserving a spot ahead with the venue team is recommended; at busy times there may be a wait. After getting the ticket there's a briefing of about 30 seconds, then the full 90 minutes. You can add a link to the attractions page so they can choose in advance what to try.
