1. Group size
Company events and team-building days with us are tailored to your group size and style. The venue has 11 stations, and a larger group plays in rotations: some on the shared stations (VR6, the UFO, the 360 machine), some on the single-player ones, then they swap. What to ask any venue: how many play at once? What do the people waiting do? Who keeps the rotations moving? With us, the rotation plan is arranged in advance with the team, by group size.
2. Length and time of day
A regular visit is a full 90 minutes. For a group event, the length and format are set by arrangement. Regular hours are Sunday–Thursday 16:00–22:00; closed Friday and on Shabbat. Groups and events can arrange activities outside the regular hours, including mornings, subject to availability and team confirmation — so the activity can fit into the working day.
3. Colleagues who've never tried VR
It's the most common worry for organisers, and it usually disappears in the first few minutes. The staff explain every station and set a starting point by experience: there are calm stations where you stand in place, and stations for competing. Worth knowing in advance: a moving ride is not stopped midway; in an emergency the staff stop it at that moment. So whoever is unsure starts at a station that doesn't move, and nobody has to ride a station that doesn't suit them. Under the Terms some conditions rule the attractions out (for example a pacemaker, dizziness or pregnancy) — worth mentioning in the invitation to staff.
4. What's included, and what to ask
Always included: staff guidance, all the equipment, and moving between the stations. To settle when arranging: the rotation plan, the start time and food. All the food served at the venue is kosher with a Badatz certificate; what can be served to your group — ask when you arrange, or plan a meal before or after the activity. The venue is shared and isn't a private hall. If exclusive time matters to you, ask about it explicitly.
